We had a great stay at Thistle House. Sue and Avril were very friendly, welcoming us with tea and homemade cake. Our room was comfortable and very clean. Breakfast offered lots of choice and all freshly cooked.There is a lovely guest lounge with views across the loch and plenty of safe parking. We would definitely recommend staying here. - Christine B
This property was a great stop over for us on the way back to Yorkshire. It was very clean and the host was very attentive. Could not fault anything at the property.Only problem we had was we arrived at 2.30 and couldn’t find anywhere to have something to eat.- A
Lovely welcome - everything explained very well on arrival, followed by Tea & Cake in the lounge.Fresh Milk and Water available in the communal fridge, which could also be used to store personal food/drinks.The breakfasts were delicious - pre-ordered then cooked fresh when you arrived in the dining room.Nothing was any bother to Sue and Avril - perfect hosts. Can thoroughly recommend The Thistle Guest House - Isobel R
